Eligibility Criteria

A. Educational Qualification

  • Junior Investigator (DES):
    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Operation Research/Economics/Mathematics/Commerce (with Statistics as a subject) from a recognized university.
    • Desirable: Computer certificate or 1-year experience in statistical data handling.
  • Junior Investigator (AH):
    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Operation Research/Economics/Mathematics/Commerce (with Statistics as a subject).
    • Mandatory: 1-year Diploma in Computer Application.
    • Desirable: 2 years’ experience in statistical data analysis.

Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)

  • Mode: Online
  • Duration: 1.5 Hours (2 Hours for PwBDs)
  • Subjects & Marks:
    • General Awareness/Intelligence (20 Marks)
    • General English & Comprehension (20 Marks)
    • Statistics (Graduation Level) (60 Marks)
  • Total Marks: 100

2. Minimum Qualifying Marks

  • General/UR Candidates: 40% in each subject
  • Reserved (ST/OBC/PwBDs): 33% in each subject

3. Final Selection

  • Based on merit in CBT.
  • Document verification for shortlisted candidates.
